太10:1
Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure 混雜的, 純度不高的，有雜質的, 劣質 spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.
耶穌叫了十二個門徒來，給他們權柄，能趕逐汙鬼，並醫治各樣的病症。

These are the names of the twelve apostles /əˈpɑː.səl/ 宣導者，鼓吹者，先驅: first, Simon (who is called Peter) and his brother Andrew; James son of Zebedee, and his brother John;
這十二使徒的名：頭一個叫西門，又稱彼得，還有他兄弟安得烈，西庇太的兒子雅各和雅各的兄弟約翰，

寧可往以色列家迷失的羊那裡去。

隨走隨傳，說：‘天國近了！’

Heal the sick, raise /reɪz/ 舉起, 抬起, 提起 the dead, cleanse those /ðoʊz/ who have leprosy /ˈlep.rə.si/痳瘋病, drive out demons. Freely you have received /rɪˈsiːvd/, freely give.
Freely 不受限制地, 自由地, 不受控制地
醫治病人，叫死人復活，叫長大麻瘋的潔淨，把鬼趕出去。你們白白地得來，也要白白地舍去。

Do not get any gold or silver or copper /ˈkɑː.pɚ/ 銅 to take with you in your belts 腰帶;
gold 金，金子，黃金, （尤指體育競賽中授予的）金牌，金質獎章, 金質的
silver 銀，銀子, 銀牌, 銀質的
copper 金屬, 銅, 紅棕色，紫銅色
腰袋裡不要帶金銀銅錢。
太10:10
no bag for the journey /ˈdʒɝː.ni/ （美式英語詞典/ˈdʒɜr·ni/） 旅行，行程, 旅行 or extra /ˈek.strə/額外的, 附加的, 額外地 shirt or sandals 涼鞋 or a staff /stæf/ 員工, for the worker is worth 錢, 值…錢的, 擁有…財產的 his keep.
行路不要帶口袋，不要帶兩件褂子，也不要帶鞋和拐杖，因為工人得飲食是應當的。
太10:11
“Whatever town or village /ˈvɪl.ɪdʒ/ you enter, search there for some worthy /ˈwɝː.ði/ 值得尊敬的, 值得欽佩的, 值得支持的 person and stay at their house until you leave.
你們無論進哪一城，哪一村，要打聽那裡誰是好人，就住在他家，直住到走的時候。

As you enter the home, give it your greeting /ˈɡriː.t̬ɪŋ/ 問候, 招呼, 迎接.
進他家裡去，要請他的安。
太10:13
If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you.
rest 停止, （使）暫停，（使）停止, （使）休息
那家若配得平安，你們所求的平安就必臨到那家；若不配得，你們所求的平安仍歸你們。
太10:14
If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake /ʃeɪk/ 移動, 搖動, 抖動 the dust off your feet.
dust off （尤指長時間不用後拿出來）備好待用，整理
凡不接待你們、不聽你們話的人，你們離開那家或是那城的時候，就把腳上的塵土跺下去。
太10:15
Truly /ˈtruː.li/ I tell you, it will be more bearable /ˈber.ə.bəl/ 承受得起的, 可忍受的, 可容忍的 for Sodom and Gomorrah /ɡəˈmɔɹə/ on the day of judgment than for that town.
我實在告訴你們：當審判的日子，所多瑪和蛾摩拉所受的，比那城還容易受呢！
太10:16
I am sending you out like sheep among wolves /wʊlvz/狼 . Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.

我差你們去，如同羊進入狼群，所以你們要靈巧像蛇，馴良像鴿子。
太10:17
Be on your guard /ɡɑːrd/ ; you will be handed over to 被移交給 the local /ˈloʊ.kəl/ councils /ˈkaʊn.səl/ 理事會 and be flogged /flɑːɡ/ 懲罰, in the synagogues.

flog 懲罰, （作為懲罰）鞭笞，棒打, 出售
你們要防備人，因為他們要把你們交給公會，也要在會堂裡鞭打你們；
太10:18
On my account you will be brought before governors 統治者, 管轄者, 總督 and kings as witnesses /ˈwɪtnəsɪz/ 目擊者, 見證人 to them and to the Gentiles 非猶太人, 非猶太教徒.
並且你們要為我的緣故，被送到諸侯君王面前，對他們和外邦人作見證。
太10:19
But when they arrest 抓住, 逮捕, 拘捕 you, do not worry about what to say or how to say it. At that time you will be given what to say,
你們被交的時候，不要思慮怎樣說話，或說什麼話。到那時候，必賜給你們當說的話，
太10:20
for it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.
因為不是你們自己說的，乃是你們父的靈在你們裡頭說的。
太10:21
“Brother will betray /bɪˈtreɪ/ 出賣 brother to death, and a father his child; children will rebel 反抗者，造反者 against their parents and have them put to death.
弟兄要把弟兄，父親要把兒子，送到死地；兒女要與父母為敵，害死他們。
太10:22
You will be hated /ˈheɪ.t̬ɪd/ 令人討厭，令人憎恨的 by everyone because of me, but the one who stands /stændz/ firm /fɝːm/堅硬的, 結實的, 堅固的 to the end will be saved.
並且你們要為我的名被眾人恨惡，惟有忍耐到底的必然得救。
太10:23
When you are persecuted /ˈpɝː.sɪ.kjuːt/ 迫害, 虐待, 煩擾，糾纏 in one place, flee 逃跑 to another. Truly /ˈtruː.li/ I tell you,you will not finish going through the towns of Israel /ˈɪz.reɪl/ before the Son of Man comes.
有人在這城裡逼迫你們，就逃到那城裡去。我實在告訴你們：以色列的城邑，你們還沒有走遍，人子就到了。
太10:24
“The student is not above the teacher, nor a servant above his master.
學生不能高過先生，僕人不能高過主人。
太10:25
It is enough for students to be like their teachers, and servants like their masters. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebul /biːˊelzibʌl/, how much more the members of his household!
學生和先生一樣，僕人和主人一樣也就罷了。人既罵家主是別西蔔（“別西蔔”是鬼王的名），何況他的家人呢！
太10:26
“So do not be afraid of them, for there is nothing concealed /kənˈsiːld/ 隱藏 that will not be disclosed /disˊklouzd/ , or hidden that will not be made known.
所以，不要怕他們。因為掩蓋的事，沒有不露出來的；隱藏的事，沒有不被人知道的。
太10:27
What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered /ˈwɪs.pɚ/講話, 小聲說話, 低語 in your ear, proclaim /proʊˈkleɪm/ 宣佈, 聲明, 表示 from the roofs.
我在暗中告訴你們的，你們要在明處說出來；你們耳中所聽的，要在房上宣揚出來。
太10:28
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy /dɪˈstrɔɪ/ 毀壞 both soul and body in hell.
destroy 毀壞，摧毀，毀滅, 宰殺，滅殺，殺死（被病痛折磨或危險的動物）
那殺身體不能殺靈魂的，不要怕他們；惟有能把身體和靈魂都滅在地獄裡的，正要怕他。
太10:29
Are not two sparrows /ˈsper.oʊ/ sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.
兩個麻雀不是賣一分銀子嗎？若是你們的父不許，一個也不能掉在地上。
太10:30
And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
就是你們的頭髮也都被數過了。
太10:31
So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
所以，不要懼怕！你們比許多麻雀還貴重。
太10:32
“Whoever acknowledges /əkˈnɑː.lɪdʒ/ 承認, 認可 me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven.
凡在人面前認我的，我在我天上的父面前也必認他；
太10:33
But whoever disowns /dɪˈsoʊns/ 聲明與…斷絕關係 me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.
凡在人面前不認我的，我在我天上的父面前也必不認他。
太10:34
“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword /sɔːrd/ 劍，刀.
你們不要想，我來是叫地上太平；我來並不是叫地上太平，乃是叫地上動刀兵。
太10:35
For I have come to turn “‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law–
因為我來是叫‘人 與父親生疏，女兒與母親生疏，媳婦與婆婆生疏。
太10:36
a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’
人的仇敵就是自己家裡的人。’
太10:37
Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
愛父母過於愛我的，不配作我的門徒；愛兒女過於愛我的，不配作我的門徒。
太10:38
Whoever does not take up their cross /krɑːs/ 穿過, 越過, 橫穿 and follow me is not worthy of me.
不背著他的十字架跟從我的，也不配作我的門徒。
太10:39
Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake 幫助, 原因, 強調 will find it.
得著生命的，將要失喪生命；為我失喪生命的，將要得著生命。
太10:40
Anyone who welcomes you welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me.
人接待你們，就是接待我；接待我，就是接待那差我來的。
太10:41
Whoever welcomes a prophet as a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and whoever welcomes a righteous person as a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward.
人因為先知的名接待先知，必得先知所得的賞賜；人因為義人的名接待義人，必得義人所得的賞賜。
太10:42
And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose /luːz/ 不再有, 丟失，遺失, 失去 their reward.”
無論何人，因為門徒的名，只把一杯涼水給這小子裡的一個喝，我實在告訴你們，這人不能不得賞賜。”
